JDS Mechanical Services is owned and ran by Gilbertsville, PA resident, Jeff
Smoot. Jeff was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky then relocated to the
greater Philadelphia area after his service in the US Navy where he now lives
with his wife and 5 children.
Jeff's HVAC training assisted him into his first HVAC job at a Norristown
Hospital for several years before going to Rohm and Hass in Springhouse, PA.
He then expanded on his training at Montgomery County Technical School.
Over the years Jeff constantly evaluates the direction of the company and always
comes up with the same conclusion: Staying a smaller company with small
overhead gives us the opportunity to pass on the savings to our customers. He
has always taken great pride in the integrity of his company.
JDS Mechanical Services is a business that is focused on the customer. We
do not have bus raps or billboards that increase the cost of doing business...
